Payment
- Payment for all classes must be received in advance of attending classes. Booking is required.

Single Class Pass Membership
- All single class pass memberships are based on a 4 week recurring payment.
- If you are booked onto a Single Class Pass Membership you will have a secure place in that specific class every week. Should you be unable to attend that class on any given week you can move to another session on the timetable, spaces permitting, within that specific payment period. If you are unable to attend another session class, missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred to another payment period.
- Payments will only be amended to a reduced payment period if, on specific months, classes do not run for a full week, and you cannot attend another session on the timetable. An alternative class may be added to the timetable in place of the class that is not running. If an additional alternative class option is offered, outside of the timetable, for classes not running, there will not be an option to a reduced payment period as an alternative class has been provided
- Please contact Charlotte if you have any issues with payment or you’d like to pay with a different payment method.
- Recurring payments can only be amended at a reduced price for 2 weeks per cycle. If any planned absence is longer than 2 weeks you cannot be refunded for any additional sessions that you miss.
- If you choose to cancel your membership due to not being able to attend for a longer period, your place cannot be held and will be offered to those on the wait list.
- Please provide 1 Calendar months’ notice of any holidays/absences you have booked or any prolonged period of absence. If you have given 1 months’ notice I can pause/reduce your monthly payment for up to 2 weeks (this can only be implemented once quarterly/4 -5 times per year)
- Short notice absence (less than a months’ notice) cannot be refunded but you may attend another class within that month/payment period {spaces permitting} if you cannot attend your regular class/s.
- One calendar months’ notice is required to cancel your Single Class Pass Membership. Once cancelled your place cannot be saved and will be offered to those on the wait-list.
- If you have signed up on a discounted rate or offer, this is a set rate membership rate that cannot be amended for any absences as you will already be on a reduced class rate.

- If you are booked onto a Double Class Pass Membership you will have a secure place in those specific classes every week. If you are unable to attend another session, missed sessions cannot be refunded or transferred to another payment period.

Victory (unlimited) Membership:
- The Victory Membership is based on a 4.5 week month and payment will be taken on the same day each month. This recurring payment includes all class and unlimited online sessions. This monthly payment is only amended when classes are not running for 2 weeks or longer.
- If you have signed up on a discounted rate or offer, this is a set rate membership that cannot be amended for any absences as you will already be on a reduced class rate.
- While every effort is taken to ensure there are plenty of spaces at all classes for Victory Members, The Victory Membership is like any other gym membership and classes will need to be booked in advance via http://charlottebrawnfitness.myfitnessclass.com
- The Victory Membership is designed for the convenience of being able to attend multiple classes each week at a discounted rate and the flexibility to switch up and change the classes you can attend to accommodate busy lifestyles, should you want to guarantee your place in the same specific classes every week you will need to invest in a single or double class pass membership for each class you'd like a guaranteed place in.
- The Victory Membership can only be paused/payment amended if you are away for longer than 2 weeks (1 calendar months’ notice required - can only be paused once per quarter)
- Charlotte will go above and beyond to try and guarantee availability in all classes or add additional classes and instructors to the timetable should the need arise.
- Due to busy classes, a charge of £2 may be added to your account if you cancel on the morning of the class you're due to attend. This will only occur if the class is fully booked with a wait-list and the place could have been offered to another participant.

- There is a 7-day cooling off period from the date of your first month or introduction month. Please ensure you can attend the scheduled number of sessions to get the most out of your first month. I regret no refunds or transfers can be given after the 7-day cooling off period.
- No refunds are given to unused classes but you may be able to attend another session within the same month/period if spaces are available.
Instructors and Cancellations
- In the unlikely event that Charlotte should have to cancel a session, she will give you as much notice as possible and she shall open space in another session, create a pop up session within the same period or amend monthly payments for classes that are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Sessions are taught by Charlotte, but occasionally cover may be used. All sessions are taught by a fully certified, fully insured instructor.
