- Single class pass memberships operate on a recurring 4-week payment schedule. Fees are calculated annually to account for breaks in classes throughout the year, including public holidays or instructor time off (from 31st January-31st January). Payments remain consistent year-round and are not adjusted for non-running weeks.

- With sufficient notice, membership payments can be paused or reduced, up to 4 times per year (maximum of 6 weeks total planned absence).
- For absences exceeding 2 weeks: Additional missed sessions during this time cannot be refunded, but you may attend alternative sessions on the timetable within 8 weeks, subject to availability.

- If a class is close to fully booked, the single class booking option will be removed as an option for that class and the few remaining places will be reserved for members and new participants starting a 4 week Introduction, only.
Refunds

- No refunds are issued to unused/missed classes but you may be able to attend another session on the timetable within 8 weeks of the unused/missed session, if spaces are available.

- In the unlikely event that Charlotte should have to cancel a session, she will give you as much notice as possible and she shall open space in another session, create a pop up session within the same period or amend payments for classes that are cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Sessions are taught by Charlotte, but occasionally cover may be used. All sessions are taught by a fully certified, fully insured instructor.
