Charlotte offers a holistic approach that's easy to follow, blending mind and body. You can enjoy getting fit with simple dance routines under disco lights, strengthen your body (especially legs, tums and bums) with core pilates, or improve your mobility and balance with yoga. Her classes are varied and engaging, so you'll never get bored with repetition. (The classes are never monotonous, always offering something new to keep you engaged).
Everyone is welcoming, and the classes cater to all levels, whether you're dealing with mobility challenges, just starting out, or already advanced. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I've been attending Charlotte's Yoga and Pilates courses for around 8 months now and I'm pleased to say I no longer have any back pain in the morning and I feel much fitter all round.
I've lost my beer belly but I'm still drinking the beer so I consider that to be a win-win for me!
