Signing up to class is easy:

  1. Select the time, day & venue you wish to attend from the list below
  2. Attend your selected class from the first session after your sign up
  3. Enjoy your place at class without having to book again - your payment will be taken every 4 weeks, cancel anytime


Single class pass includes:

  • 1 set class per week

  • Ability to switch classes if you cannot attend your regular classes, spaces permitting

  • up to 2 week membership pause if you know you're away/cannot attend (1 months notice is needed)

  • Online access to on demand sessions

  • Recurring payment every 4 week no need to re-book every month (until cancelled)

This 45-minute low-impact session is tailored for women 40+ and focuses on boosting energy, balancing hormones, and enhancing confidence. Each class includes targeted exercises that promote mental clarity, bone health, joint stability, and overall wellness.


Join like-minded women for not just a workout, but a community. After the class, enjoy 10-15 minutes dedicated to connection and conversation, making it a holistic experience that nurtures both body and mind.
